For the second consecutive year, iacono.fr is among the best online shopping sites in the "Image and Sound Specialists" category according to a survey published in Capital magazine.

We were pleased to be among the top 5 in the 2018 ranking proposed by Capital. For this year, we decided to do better by offering you better customer service and even lower prices. And thanks to you, we are on the podium of image and sound specialists, in the second position in the 2019 edition of the best online shopping sites ranking.

Your online store thoroughly examined

In order to be among the top 500 websites in France, Capital, in partnership with Statista, conducted an exceptional survey, thoroughly examining over 10,000 websites throughout 2018.

The first selection was made based on the following criteria:

• Having a real stock of the offered products
• Selling to the general public
• 2018 traffic
• Turnover

Marketplaces without stock, service sites, and B2B sites were excluded.

The selected sites were tested based on 53 criteria (ergonomics, payment and delivery methods offered, purchase security, technical performance, customer relations, etc.). Finally, a qualitative survey of 3,000 online shoppers helped complete this technical analysis. All these results resulted in a score out of 10, and iacono.fr received a score of 7.0/10 in the "Image and Sound Specialist" category.
