Information and delivery methods

Delivery by appointment from Monday to Sunday (including holidays)

• From 07h to 12h and from 12h to 17h ;
• And until 10 pm for the big cities.

As soon as VIR takes charge of your equipment, you will receive an SMS to make an appointment (an appointment confirmation will be sent to you by SMS in .ics format so that you can save it in your agenda).

The average delivery time is 3 working days.

In case of absence, you will have a notice of passage in your mailbox and will be able to take an appointment by contacting the carrier VIR by JP.

On the day of delivery, you can track your delivery in real time.

Your delivery person will take photographs before and after unpacking or installing your equipment to add to your delivery note.

The delivery by 2 persons in the room of your choice with unpacking and the resumption of the packing is proposed to you (without additional expenses).

VIR also offers "Delivery and commissioning on existing compliant installation" (paying option) available at the validation of your order.

Dear customers,

At DPD France, as you know, many measures concerning our deliveries have been taken since the beginning of the epidemic to adapt our services and preserve the health of all. From this Tuesday 24th March, we are adapting our procedures for the delivery of parcels intended for private individuals in order to reinforce the security of the deliverers and the recipient customers:

For your private customers (BtoC), during a home delivery, we suspend the signature and all physical contact between our slips and the recipient. We are now setting up a new secure procedure for "contactless delivery":

1. The recipient will receive by email and/or SMS a 4-digit PIN code.
2. At the time of delivery, the recipient will have to communicate this code to the deliveryman.
3. The deliveryman will be able to check the concordance of this code thanks to the last two digits of the latter indicated on his slip (this code will replace the usual signature).
4. If the code matches, the deliveryman will indicate on his slip the complete 4-digit code and will also indicate the name of the receiver and will thus be able to deposit the parcel.

Specific cases :

• If the recipient has not received a delivery code: The deliveryman will fill in the name and surname of the recipient on the delivery slip and will leave the package with the recipient.
• If the recipient communicates a wrong code to the deliveryman: The package will not be given to the recipient and will be returned to the sender.

In order to be able to implement this new delivery procedure in an optimal way, it is essential that you can send us quality information in your EDI: mobile phone numbers + emails of the recipients are indispensable.

We remind you that for parcels intended for your Professional customers (BToB), the signature is now based solely on the affixing of the recipient stamp (we ensure that there is no contact on the slip between the deliveryman and your recipient customer).

Rest assured that our teams are mobilized to offer you an adapted delivery service to accompany you in these particular circumstances.

iacono.fr works with France Express (Geodis Calberson), DPD and VIR by JP. Depending on the weight of your order or the nature of your order, we will suggest the appropriate carriers.

Delivery possible the Saturday morning to specify in "additional information" present in the part your payment when you place an order.

With DPD Predict, if you are not present at the time of delivery. No problem, Predict adapts! By offering you the possibility of selecting a new delivery time slot by going to your Recipient Area on www.dpd.fr. The choice must be validated before 23:00. (In the event of no response, DPD Predict will deliver on the first time slot proposed in the SMS).

With Calberson France Express if you are not present a paper message will be left in your mailbox inviting you to contact them to schedule a new delivery. A follow-up email also invites you to follow this procedure.

With VIR by JP, delivery is possible from Monday to Sunday with an appointment made by SMS.

In all cases, you are informed, by email or SMS, 24 hours before the delivery of your package.

Available throughout France, for products weighing less than 20 kg. You have the freedom to choose the Pickup Relay that suits you best: near your home or near your work, and to pick up your parcel there on average 6/7 days *.

As soon as your parcel is delivered to your chosen Pickup Relay, you are automatically notified by e-mail or SMS of its availability.

If you can't pick up your package the same day, don't worry, it remains available up to 9 days in your Pickup relay !

DPD Relay is the assurance of quality delivery with :

• Delivery throughout France in 24/48 H for products in stock
• A choice among 5 000 shops spread all over France and rigorously selected (geographical location, storage capacity, opening hours ...)
• A detailed tracking of your package available 24 hours a day at www.dpd.fr.
• A alert (e-mail/SMS) as soon as your parcel arrives in the Pickup Relay Space

With DPD Classic it's:

In each country DPD will announce on the morning of the tour departure a delivery time slot of 1 hour in order to allow the recipients to organize themselves as well as possible.

Live coverage
Some countries offer to follow the driver's progress during his delivery round. This is done directly on the website of the country concerned or on a Mobile App if necessary.

Communication
Notifications can be sent by SMS and/or e-mail depending on the information available. They will always be written in the language(s) of the destination country.

Delivery options
The recipient will be able to reschedule or redirect his delivery. These options vary by country and may be available the day before delivery or on the morning of departure on tour.

Export deliveries for products weighing more than 30 kg are made by France Express with the NetExpress solution, a transport quotation will be made by filling in this form.
