What is iacono.fr's exchange policy?
You have 15 working days of "Satisfied or refunded" from the receipt of your package. If you are not satisfied with the item and wish to return it, please notify us by using the return form by clicking here.
The item must be returned new in its original packaging with all original accessories and a copy of your invoice. It is important to first contact the sales department by email or phone to obtain a return number to authorize the return. Custom-made products or spare parts are neither exchangeable nor refundable (assembled cable, fabric by the meter, projector lamp, etc.). The product must be over-packaged to make the shipment more discreet. The return of your items is your responsibility. Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility. Failure to follow this procedure may result in your return being refused by our services or penalties for the poor condition of the product.
