For all its stunning looks, the technology inside this premium Dolby Atmos® soundbar is what’s truly astonishing. A seven-speaker arrangement is precisely positioned in the cabinet — including two new transducers that help deliver sound you’d expect from in-ceiling speakers. This works in tandem with proprietary PhaseGuide technology to beam multi-directional sound to distinct areas in your room, giving you the feeling that what you hear is coming from places outside your speaker.

What exactly is Dolby Atmos®? It’s a technology that allows artists and content creators to place each voice, instrument, and sound in its own space, creating an unparalleled spatial experience with realistic overhead effects. You’re in the middle of all of it, right in your living room, enjoying the peak of home entertainment.

When there’s no Dolby Atmos content, like stereo or 5.1, Bose TrueSpace™ technology takes over for the vertical experience, remixing signals to add “height” without adding a ceiling speaker, creating the same immersive sound experience.

With Alexa and Google Assistant, you can control all your entertainment, manage your day, and get information just by using your voice. The noise-rejecting microphones work together to listen in every direction for your command, so it hears you even when your music is playing loudly. And with Alexa only, you can even make and take calls to Bose smart products, Amazon Echo products, and anyone in your contacts list — hands free, phone free, and free of charge.*

Exclusive Bose Voice4Video™ technology expands your Alexa voice capabilities like no other soundbar can. In addition to controlling the Smart Soundbar 900, you can turn on and control your TV, cable, or satellite box with just your voice. One simple ask to Alexa and you can jump to your favorite station, even if your TV was on a different input.

WORKS WITH BOSE SMART SPEAKERS

As you’d expect, you can wirelessly stream all your favorite music services thanks to Wi-Fi®, Bluetooth®, Apple AirPlay 2, and Spotify Connect compatibility. In January, the Bose Smart Soundbar 900 will be automatically updated to support Chromecast built-in, giving you another tool to wirelessly stream your music and podcasts to your Bose smart soundbar. What’s more, since the Bose Smart Soundbar 900 can be grouped with any other Bose smart speakers over Wi-Fi, the Chromecast built-in feature can be shared across Bose products for a seamless audio experience throughout your home.
