What to do in case of a breakdown?

You contact Magarantie on 0810 10 10 34 from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Magarantie organizes the repair of your aircraft with its after-sales service partner (245 technical stations nationwide).
Once the repair is carried out, the repairer is paid directly: you don't have to pay anything!

The customer has a period of ten days after purchase on the iacono.fr website of an audio/video device to make the purchase of the warranty extension. Once this period has expired, the warranty extension cannot be validated.
